The default team goal is set at $5,000 to qualify for the hot air balloon experience. However, you’re welcome to aim higher if your family would like to make an even greater impact!

Every donation makes a difference, and all funds raised will go directly to helping families in need. However, only families that reach the $5,000 goal will qualify for the hot air balloon experience.

We’re coordinating with local providers to create a memorable hot air balloon experience for qualifying families. As the event approaches, we’ll confirm exact dates and provide all the necessary details.

If your team or family fundraises $5,000, then up to 5 people over the age of 7 can enjoy the hot air balloon experience. For larger families or teams, raising additional funds allows more participants to join. Every extra $1,000 raised qualifies an additional person for the balloon ride.

All participants must be at least 7 years old to qualify for the hot air balloon experience. This age limit is set for safety reasons by the balloon providers.

It is flexible, and you are able to book your ride anytime within the next 12 months. Specific details and booking instructions will be provided once your family qualifies for the experience.
